Payment Options

P1030438-2-moddedInsurance Billing

Dealing with an insurance provider can be a lot of work, particularly if you are unsure about exactly what your policy covers. If you have private dental insurance we can work with your provider to identify precisely what they will cover under your policy so you get an accurate estimate and can plan for additional fees and charges that are not covered, if any. Please bring all the information about your insurance plan to your first consultation so we can review your policy and have an idea of what might be covered. If your insurance provider covers some or all of your oral surgery or wisdom teeth removal in Salt Lake City or Ogden, we will bill them directly for payment. You will be responsible to cover any additional charges that are not covered by your insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Flex Spending Payment Options

If you need wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery as part of a medically necessary procedure to improve the function or the health of your face, neck, teeth, gums, or jaw, the cost of your oral surgery may be eligible under IRS rules as a flex spending account (FSA) expense. Be sure to review the rules and regulations for FSA eligibility, and ask us if you have any questions. Cosmetic dental procedures are NOT eligible expenses for a flex spending account.

Financing and Payment Options

If you don’t have insurance or your provider does not cover the procedure that you need, we will work hard to make sure that the services we provide are affordable and help you find a way to pay for it. Please call our helpful staff to discuss payment plans and financing options in advance of your procedure.
